I think for me it's going to be a lot about just taking care of myself better, esp:
- Eating regularly (3 meals a day! lunch, dinner, and midnight snack! ^o^)
- Allowing my ankle to heal
- Exercising regularly (in such a way that allows for #2...I'm going to have to be real creative...)
Also, if you could keep my ankle in prayer I think that's probably the most effective (and possibly only way) it'll heal...and if you must know...I tripped on some stairs okay? Very glorious I know...anyhow I think it might be getting worse, the way it hurts indicates to me that my current injury might have melded with a previous injury from my freshman/sophomore year (some of you might remember this silly injury, which I also didn't really allow to heal), the result being that I cannot point my foot, which is super awesome for UCLA's hills. Excellent life. Lol so your prayers would be much appreciated. Thanks.
